Exceptional dimensions, custom precision: customized conference table for executive spaces
Modern work environments increasingly require tailored solutions that combine aesthetics, functionality, and technical performance. In this project, developed with an industrial partner, our technical and production efforts focused on creating a large-scale, fully customized meeting table for an executive space characterized by expansive surfaces and a strong architectural identity. The goal was to develop a solid, elegant, and integrated system capable of ensuring structural stability and visual purity, even at non-standard lengths.
An architecturally scaled project
The table was conceived as the central element of the meeting room, with a sculptural presence and extraordinary proportions. The client required a configuration capable of accommodating numerous users while ensuring comfort and visual coherence. The main challenge was managing the large spans and integrating wiring and equipment within an essential and clean structure.
Engineering and Stability
The technical solution is based on a custom-designed internal steel frame capable of supporting large work surfaces without deformation over time. The base, composed of central load-bearing modules, was developed to ensure rigidity and visual continuity, with integrated technical access points for cable management. Engineering precision allowed for minimal tolerances and perfect alignment between modules, even with dimensions exceeding standard limits.
Surfaces and Materials
The work surfaces, developed in collaboration with the project partner, combine durable materials with high-quality finishes to ensure resistance and tactile comfort. Neutral tones and matte finishes emphasize the geometric purity of the table, while enhancing the light and spatial qualities of the environment. Every construction detail—from surface thicknesses to invisible joints—has been defined to achieve a technically impeccable result consistent with the design language of the project.
Functionality and Integrated Technology
The table is equipped to integrate multimedia and connectivity systems: recessed power units, cable management systems, and power modules are incorporated within the structure to ensure order and ease of use. This attention to functionality reflects the systemic approach of the project, where form follows a precise technical logic oriented towards user experience.
